Capt. Fred is a USCG captain with 50 years experience inshore and offshore fishing. Fred lives on Ocean Isle Beach running fishing charters year-round. Fred guarantees a fun time catching fish. He knows where the fish are and enjoys making “lifetime fishermen” of kids from age 5 to 95. Married 45 years, Fred and Joy have three grown children (Forest, Byron, and Meredith) and two grandsons (Everett and Cooper). Fred wrote the book titled “The History of Ocean Isle Beach” so he knows about pirates and Indians and the Civil War and WWII as to what was going on at Ocean Isle Beach back in the early days. Fred grew up in Whiteville, NC and graduated from Wake Forest University (BS and MBA), and the University of South Carolina (PhD). Lets go fishing or cruising. Capt.
